Alhaddad Tuning is a website run by Qassem Alhaddad, based in Kuwait, selling a car tuning course, a remote ECU tuning service, and in-person tuning services within Kuwait only. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the site and how we use it.

• • When you request remote or in-person tuning: your name, phone number, and any vehicle details you send us.
• • When you pay online: we never see or store your card details — payment is handled entirely by a licensed third-party payment processor.

We use your data only to create your account and give you access to content you've purchased, to contact you about your remote or in-person tuning request, and to send you your finished tune file by email. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (database and file storage) — the same infrastructure the whole site runs on.
