The course
No refund once you've opened any lesson — it's digital content that's consumed the moment you access it. If you haven't opened any lesson yet, contact us and we'll review your request.
Remote tuning
No refund once we've started actual work on your vehicle's tune file — it's custom, manual work done specifically for your car. If you want to cancel before we've started, you get a full refund.
In-person tuning (Kuwait only)
This service isn't paid online — payment happens directly when the work is done. To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp with enough notice.
How to request a refund
