Services
We offer a recorded car tuning course (in Arabic), a flat-priced remote tuning service, and in-person tuning services within Kuwait only.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Course content
Course content (videos and files) is for your personal use only — sharing your account, or redistributing or reselling the content, isn't permitted.
Remote and in-person tuning
You're responsible for making sure your vehicle is mechanically sound before any tuning, and for giving us accurate information about your car and its modifications. The quality of your tune depends directly on the accuracy of the information and logs you send us. ECU tuning changes how your vehicle behaves and carries inherent risk — we always recommend testing gradually and safely after any tune.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the site are final at the time of purchase. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The site's content, videos, and the "Alhaddad Tuning" brand belong to Qassem Alhaddad.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to provide a reliable service, but we're not responsible for any damage resulting from inaccurate information you provide us, the mechanical condition of your vehicle before tuning, or improper use of the course content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait.
